Overview

Katerini is built in the plain that takes shape between Pieria and the Olympus. The city was shaped by a settlement of refugees of Mount Sina, at the years of Ottoman domination. You should visit the church of Agia Ekaterini, the ancient grave, the municipal park, the Pontiak museum and the church of Koimisis of Theotokos.
