Leaving the airport building behind you, drive up to the traffic lights and straight over with the airport car park on your right. After a few hundred meters, you will pass under a bridge and you will reach the national road. Drive on this road for about 15 minutes, following the signs for Agios Nikolaos. Take the first exit for Hersonissos(you will see a sign) and straight away turn left under the bridge and keep going until you reach a main crossroad, where right leads to Hersonissos and left to Heraklion. Turn left, not into the main road, but into a smaller road, parallel to the main one. Keep going for about 100 meters and turn right just before the end of this road. Follow this other road until you see the hotel on your left hand side.
