You leave Chania airport and after approximately 500 m you turn left direction Chania. After about 3 km you arrive at a STOP sign (T-crossroad). Opposite you see a military basis. Here you turn to the right, direction Chania.

You follow this road for approximately 5 km. Then you will see a sign with direction Rethymnon and Souda. You follow this sign and turn to the left. You continue now all the way downhill until you arrive at the traffic lights in the village of Souda. On your right hand side you see the supermarket INKA. Here you turn to the right and after approximately 250 m you will see on your left hand side a large road leading to the National Road of Crete. Here you turn left and follow this road for about 1 km. Just before the bridge over the road you turn to the right direction Kastelli/Kissamos. You are now driving on the National Road of Crete direction West.

After approximately 5 km you arrive at the exit Omalos. Here you leave the National Road. At the end of the exit you turn to the right direction Chania.

After approximately 1,5 km you arrive at the traffic lights. Here you turn to the right direction Chania center. After approximately 1,5 km driving and after passing two traffic lights you see the ACS/DHL office at you right hand side. Approximately 200 m after this office you have to turn to the right, but you stay on the left hand side of the road. After 50 m you arrive at some traffic lights. Here you turn to the left. A the next traffic lights you go straight and approximately a 100 m before you reach the see you turn to the right following the signs to the Venetian Harbor. You arrive at the old city walls of Chania. Along and opposite of these walls you can park your car.

On your right hand side you see the Byzantine Museum and a small road (Theotokopoulo street) going slight uphill in to the old town. You follow this road by foot and after a 100 m you see a sign on the left (about 4 m above the street) to Hotel Casa Delfino. You turn left and after a few meters left again. Now you walk straight ahead until the first small crossroad. Just next to the corner on your right you see the entrance from Hotel Amphora.

Please notice that if you arrive late in the evening, this entrance will be closed. In this case you turn at the small crossroad to the right and you walk until the harbor (30 m). Arriving at the harbor you turn left and you notice the restaurant of Hotel Amphora which is open until late at night.
