The 200 rooms in the central building and the 200 bungalows provide all balcony or terrace, simple traditional furniture, direct dial telephone, WC, and bath or shower.

The central building consists of 148 rooms in 4 floors with 2 elevators and the appendix building 52 rooms in 2 floors. The rooms consist of 2 or 3 beds, 1 boudoir with a big mirror and light, 2 chairs with a small table inside, 2 chairs outside- balcony, 1 closet, 1 central light and ceiling fan, 2 lights above the beds, 1 direct dial telephone, 1 radiator, a private WC, shower or bath with electricity for hair dryer.

In total there are 200 bungalows, 50 from the left side of the main building and 150 from the right side. 70 bungalows from the right side have mountain view and are in gardens surrounding of the resort all the others have sea view. 60 of the bungalows are air-conditioned. The bungalows provide 2 or 3 beds, 1 boudoir with a big mirror and light, 2 chairs with small table inside, 2 chairs outside - balcony or veranda, 1 closet, 1 central light, 2 lights above the beds, 1 direct dial telephone, a private WC, shower or bath with electricity for hair dryer.
