TERMS OF RESERVATION FOR HOTELS OR VILLAS
- The prices for hotel rooms and villas that are listed in the website www.helleniczeus.gr include taxes, charges for all services and all other expenses that are given in detail in the web page of each hotel.
- The Company Helleniczeus SA maintains the right to change the listed prices in the website www.helleniczeus.gr at any time, without any previous notice.
- For the reservation of hotel rooms or villas of the website www.helleniczeus.gr the prepayment of the total sum is required via credit card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS or via bank deposit.
- In case of charging a credit card the purchaser will receive through e-mail an electronic payment receipt.
- For each reservation, there will be the respective electronic bulletin of reservation (voucher) which will be sent to the purchaser through e-mail and which the buyer has to present at the hotel or villa for the rendering of services.
- The payment receipt and the electronic voucher, after being issued will be saved in the personal service MyHelleniczeus of the website www.helleniczeus.gr and the purchaser will have free access and the possibility of printing them by using his personal codes (username and password).
Extension of vacation
- If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, during his stay in the hotel or villa, the company Helleniczeus SA cannot guarantee that he will continue to stay in the same room, or in the same hotel or villa.
- If the purchaser wishes to extend his vacation, before his arrival to the hotel, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Helleniczeus SA.
Changes
- In order to change the dates of his stay, the purchaser must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Helleniczeus SA.
- In case where the purchaser wishes to shorten the duration of his stay, there will be no reimbursement of money from Helleniczeus SA after his arrival at the hotel. In any other case, he will have to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Helleniczeus SA.
Cancellation of reservation
- If the purchaser wishes to cancels his reservation, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Helleniczeus SA.
- The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following sanctions:
| No showing up of purchaser at the hotel 100% of the total cost of stay is retained | Cancellation 0 – 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel 100% of the total cost of stay is retained |
| Cancellation 16 – 60 days before the date of arrival at the hotel | 50% of the total cost of stay is retained |
| Cancellation 61 days or more before the arrival | Reimbursement of the total sum of the cost of stay |
- The reimbursement of the money by the company Helleniczeus SA to the purchaser will be made either to his credit card or by bank remittance (the transfer expenses will be charged to the purchaser).
