The new building of “Villa Andreas” is located in the village of Panormo, 22 km outside of Rethymno town. This villa sits almost on the water's edge in this attractive old seaside village. It is around 40 metres from the beach, giving you a panoramic view of mountain and sea. The villa is built on different levels and houses up to ten people.
